The shape of our technical solutions includes:
- Interim management roles – primarily interim lead technical architect or development manager roles,
- Skills gap analysis, including development through mentoring, training and recruitment,

- Methodology advice and development (agile and non-agile styles accommodated),
- Development or audit of software development programmes or strategies,
- Specific support with regards to integration with in-house or partner systems,
- Analysis of existing software source code, in any combination of in-house developed software, bought-in software or software inherited through acquisition,

Clients are free to pick and choose whichever elements of the above suits their needs best. The work is done with the in-house technical team or any partners actively encouraged to develop themselves into a cohesive and supportive team. Work can be done either for a specific project, or for a programme of projects undertaken over time.
Whilst historically we have worked with Microsoft tools and server products, we are experienced at offering technical advice to organisations using non-Microsoft toolsets and servers, or those who operate hybrid environments. Likewise solutions that a premised hosted, cloud/software-as-a-service based or a combination are easily accommodated.
Our consultancy services in this regard are typically charged as a consultancy day rate.
